Has the manufacturer changed anything. Maybe the backer paper or something? After that the first thing I would think of is the temperature sensor. The sensor might be messed up and not giving and accurate reading of the printing zone. Then your printer is going to keep pumping out heat to...
Sounds like our material. It is a Neschen Monet Canvas

We print using the L360. Prints great and resistance to scratch is very good. Although most of the time we hit them with a clear top coat.
You can see the shadow of a lightpole on the car. I would take the car off if that's your only version and make everything else bigger. It will look much cleaner.
You go by a booth and your name and email get added to a Show list. That list usually stays the same from show to show. We went to SGIA last year in Vegas. I have got about 10 emails thanking me for coming by their booth this year.
I know there are a couple people here that use their konsberg to cut and route both thick substrates and simple vinyl cutting. It seems like you have a pretty good plan in place. The only thing that would make me want the flatbed is if there are a lot of times you would need to print direct to...
Just a heads up. I remember another post somewhere, might have been another site. But a guy replaced his pinch roller on one side. But the others were so worn that he started to have really bad tracking problems becasue of the new wheel. Had to replace all the wheels. If I was doing this I...
Nice little setup. I would put my guesstimate in the $3000-$4000 range. Maybe more. The press is about $3500 brand new. And that looks as good as brand new.
Well without being there it is hard to tell exactly what is loose. YOu will have to do some digging. Might be possible the track itself is loose but my bet is either on broken bearings or loose rollers on the carriage. THe metal part that loops to the back and holds the bottom feet on might...
First you have to take that cover off. A couple screws on either side. From the way it moves it looks like the bottom rail is loose or you have bad bearings like someone else said. There are rollers on the bottom that wrap to the back of the carriage. If that makes sense. Thats where I...
Just really don't like it huh. When you load lift the lever push it all the way through and line it with the roll. Then lower the lever and select your media. You will never get a jam this way. Not sure how it's difficult to load. If you have the appropriate area setup for loading. I do...
We use Nikkalite Engineer Grade. Cheaper then 3M EG and pretty much same quality. The nikkalite is usually 48.5" which gives us 48" of room to print. We use a HP L360. If we need full bleed throw in the other platen and print full bleed. Why not just sheet with whatever EG you like and...
