IS it possible that the spot color CutContour was changed to a dotted line so that when you open an existing file it takes on the characteristics of the CutContour for that computer.
The carriage should be relatively hard to move in any direction when it is on and loaded. If there is play this is most definetly the problem. Is the play in the pin holder or the whole carriage itself. There are rollers on the top that may have come loose.
Feel the exact same way. Had very similiar issue before and just told the customer we didn't have anything. Maybe a week later a different person is asking the same thing but she asked if she could purchase any scrap pieces. I went and picked up a pile and handed it to her. For the price...
Very nice setup. The step is a really cool idea. How hard is it to press the pedal down and get the latch locked in. It looks like there is a fair amount of weight there.
close but I don't think so. Unless I'm looking at the wrong Omni. Plus I think you were going for the FST on the Omni. I really need the CA license part.
Hexis has a material it's only a couple months old. It's called SuperChrome. And it's rated for printing, full wraps, and has air egress. But will it be worth it for you. a 54" roll is $1,999.00
He has a L25500 that they are replacing. The power is the same. BUT...... there is a different breaker then what you probably have now. The old ones just asked for a standard breaker. The 360 requires a GFCI breaker. Not a GFCI outlet but a breaker. With specific load capabilities. Look...
To me I see what looks like a very light banding across the print. Then the "smudged areas" To me this looks like a heat issue. Part of the media is getting too much heat. Just my 2cents though. Not entirely sure how the printer works and runs.
When I print I put a line an inch away from the print on all sides. THis is your trim line. I trim to that line. and then stick the tape to the edge. of the banner. Peal the tape and fold it over until I see the edge of the print. If the banner is white on the edge in some areas I make a...
I agree. By making it difficult to read and not like the rest of the worlds signage, he is attracting more attention to it. Then you want to try and read it. So you can say I was able to read it, and then you understand what he does. But you already knew what he did because he's in a giant...
I would say you could do either a horizontal or vertical hinge. But your going to need to lay the entire flat section down first before you start on any of the curves. Then start from center working your way out doing the curves on top and bottom. As you lay the center your just going to lay...
Here is the issue I see. The finish. What is the pen ink going to look like on canvas, vinyl, banner, I think even if you get the color correct the ink will still be different and won't have the same sheen to it and will be easily visible. However if you could get the color close and then...
Grimco Housebrand Briteline makes a cheap white vinyl, and so does every other distributor. Alot of them are very similar if not an identical product. Briteline IM 3203 is the white i believe.
Grimco will do custom route jobs. However depending on size and how frequently and quantity you need. It might be better to find a metal shop and have a die made.
