Similar problem but I was trying a spray on laminate. I used the spray tac adhesive we use to stick shirts to the boards. Spray it on an aluminum sheet and then stick the backer to the aluminum sheet.
Avery the company that makes labels for your home printer you buy in sheets, makes the same material in a roll.

Also your going to...
A decal is a fancier way of saying sticker it doesn't suggest a size. I would say sticker usually denotes a small adhesive backed vinyl logo. Where as a decal could be anything from a small door logo decal or a large partial wrap.
Exactly you don't quote a job for materials provided you quote a job for materials used to produce the materials provided. Waste that gets thrown straight in the trash should be included in that. I agree saving some extra will help lower costs. But it's so minimal that you are probably...
Those ones are cool but look a little more online. You will find clear filament bulbs like that in all sorts of different shapes and sizes. They even have some real long skinny ones about 2 feet or so.
That website has alot of different ones on it also.
It would be cool, I think, YOu might have better ideas, to keep with the theme of the table and do some edison bulbs in a steampunk layout. I saw a overhead table light this guy had made and it had working gears in it also. They didn't do anything but spin but it made it that much better.
Yes it is recyclable. Backer paper is either paper, woven material, or film with a siliconized surface. Basically meaning it has silicone on the surface of the paper. This is recyclable. Here is an article.

Yep happens. I just have to wait till the printer is done printing. As the chunk that is missing is sitting in the printing zone about 2" from where the carriage stops and returns. When it's done printing it's going to run all the way to the other side and shove it into the side cabinet.
Soooo glad this didn't mess up a printhead. Came in to check the printer. The printer hit a splice tab on the side of the roll and started doing this. But since it kept going and the prints look good. Were gonna keep rolling. Woo hoo.
What did you mess up today?
The white will come with time. I believe some people have alot of success with this. The metallics will never be like the foils. Two completely different products IMO. It would have to be a complete printing change in techniques and ink sets.
.080 SINGLE PASS WITH NO PROBLEM. ON a old Router Master Table AXYZ. Single up flute. Just let it go nice and slow. We just spray WD40 on it to keep the bit from fusing to the aluminum. But really you don't even need it if you drive it slow.
No that's not my go to. But my go to for posters is a coated paper. We use this paper alot for Campus Hiring posters. Easy to make little rip off strips on the bottom.
