fishing line or guitar string if they are only glued. YOu will quickly find out if they are screwed also. It doesn't look like there are any screws in the holes of the attached picture.
Yea it's not the actual sensor level which is why the error was weird. It reads the first one beautifully then only makes it about half way to the second one and stops and comes back to the start.
I set all the speeds, force, accel from flexi so the plotter doesn't have to remember anything it gets told when I send a cut. I tried to reset maybe I will try again in the morning when the computer has been reset also and see if it changes anything.
I have a job that I can't break up and I have no choice but to register a 12foot section. My issue:
I load the plotter with printed vinyl. Set to first reg. mark. The plotter reads this as normal and continues to try and read the second one. It gets about 6 feet towards the next mark and then...
That basically just means they don't have a lam that has the same properties as their vinyl. If you can't get the vinyl and lam to go on together what makes you think you would be able to get the lam on by itself and look decent. I would find another supplier.
Not really sure they make this but you could get the roll strip of LED that's really thin and then attach it to a plastic trim cap. I would be more worried about someone just ripping it off and taking it.
Most states allow you to dump dried paint into trash cans. Some don't allow oil-based paints and some don't allow oil or latex. You would have to check with your state. In california you can dump dried latex paint but not oil-based. Other states are a lot more linient. We used to take all...
It depends on your state. If there are laws against throwing away ewaste or not. Ewaste is anything with electronic componenets. The printheads have chips in them that are "hazardous" The dried ink shouldn't matter where you throw it away. It's like dry paint.
We did but I can't remember the mfg. of the canvas. We used the Krylon UV Clear. It has a very glossy finish but I liked the fact that it's a UV protectant also. Since the life of the ink in sun is 3 years max by itself.
Craigslist is hard. Especially in smaller areas. The free section of craigslist will go like crazy if you just want to get rid of them. Ebay will get you to a larger audience. Ebay would be the way I would go. You can always do local pick up only. No Delivery or delivery to local only.
You could always have them send you the flexi or onyx profiles and then have someone with the software load and check their settings. Mainly heat, passes , and ink content and that would give you a good starting point for your profile. The printer should still run the same regardless of RIP so...
Also each company will differ slightly but here is the 3M version.

It's Engineer Grade not Engineering grade. It will not shrink at all. Cast laminate should be used but you could use calendared depending on the lifetime. We usually don't laminate with a plain cast or calendared we usually use 3M 1160 which is a antiGraffitti lam.
