Yeah, I think we're on the same page. That's essentially what I was trying to say. There is propaganda on both sides, but most of the left wing propaganda comes from fringe nut jobs who watch too much Ancient Aliens (like the Natural News site), whereas the more conservative groups are getting...
That depends on how you want to spin it. I'm not particularly surprised that two (generally and fiscally) conservative publications would choose to present the argument in that manner.
Unfortunately, they DO cost health care systems money, even if they don't live as long. People who choose not...
There is propaganda from both sides. The internet is a wonderful tool, but unfortunately it's introduced massive amounts of misinformation that's readily available. Finding accurate information is incredibly difficult.
There is science supporting both sides of the argument, but the side with...
Well, that's not entirely true.
Alligators have lifespans that can reach 50 years. Komodo dragons live 30+ years. Polar bears live around 30 years. They all have exclusively meat diets.
A cow lives about 15 years.
It's no different than talking about sports or movies in general chit chat. Except maybe that's a little more useful, since you're (potentially) gaining some knowledge. To each their own, though!
[Sorry for the novella, but nutrition and human biology is something that's incredibly fascinating to me. The TL;DR is that nutrition isn't the same for everyone. We're biologically adapted to eat just about anything and you should eat whatever (in regards to a meat or vegetarian diet) makes you...
Do you happen to know off hand who makes them? I couldn't seem to find one anywhere. I'll keep looking around.
Yeah, mostly it would be for cutting .063 aluminum and DiBond. We spend a lot of time cutting down materials on the saw. If I could find a reasonably priced shear, it would save us a...
Yeah, I'd love to have a power shear, but since we don't do any in house metal fabrication (yet), it would be kind of hard to convince the owner we need to drop $20k on a shear.
I'd never seen a foot shear more than 52", but I was holding out hope. Haha!
We keep a couple rolls of 3M 200 around for jobs where low tack tape is absolutely critical (like needing to mask a UV print on non-digital acrylic). Otherwise, we just use the Uline stuff and it works fine for most jobs. If it's too tacky, tell them to stick it on their shirt first. Problem...
Speaking of shears, has anyone ever seen a foot shear bigger than 54" or so? It would be great to be able to cut dibond lengthwise, but I've never seen a foot shear that'll make a 96" cut. The price jump between a foot shear and a power shear is pretty significant.
On gatorfoam? Makes sense, but I've never painted gator. You'd think it would be rigid enough to not be affected. Thanks for the response, good to know gator will curl.
