    Well use your matte profile on gloss. I have and cut my ink limits and color is spot on.

    Sun Chemicial is a BIG player. I would say what you need to be concerned with is the fact that your color gamat might be different or the inks will have a solvent smell. I am sure that they will take care of you, and ask for it in writing.

    Capping station or pump. Could be the capping station is out of adjustment to new heads. Put a syringe on the capping station to draw ink thru heads and see.

    All the after market ink I have seen does not have the density of OEM and smells. It also seems that the color gamut is not as good. Just my two cents.
