Look at iVivid satin photopaper as well. We switched from the 3686 Sihl (which is really not bad) to this and it's a night and day difference. The iVivid paper is actually paper-thin plastic that's coated to recieve the ink better, it's the best printing media we stock.

HDMI and DVI are identical quality wise. Most computer monitors are DVI, most TVs are HDMI. I'd stick with DVI, more widely available.

Yup, you need a video card that supports multiple monitors. If you have two identical monitors side-by-side you'll want one with dual DVI or HDMI ports. Then you can move things around or arrange the monitors as needed, the display properties dialog lets you do all of this.

Most printing companies don't want you to place the trim marks. Just tell them the final cut size and the amount of bleed you added to the file, they'll add the trim marks in prepress.
