what ikarasu said. ive had 5 over the last month. print 3 prime bars for hp and send pics. i made the mistake of doing the empty/fill procedure before and theyre being dicks about the return. your cyan seems alittle off too. id check that in the prime bars too.
what preceded the original drop out? losing a whole bank like that seems unlikely if nothing happened. any sort of headstrike or even a power surge that your aware of?
the xr in that video sounds gross. not to take away from your self plug...but is that what they normally sound like? ive had 3 and never made anything close to that noise
roland xf640. i havent noticed more cleaning at all. with the chips, its all visual so you just need to keep an eye on your secondary tanks and make sure they stay above 33% full. there is no link up between the bulk system and the printer digitally. we change caps once per year or as needed.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT. its not like i didnt see this coming but i believe the term is legally 7 years if they are end of life-ing it. But until this is fact with a press release from HP themselves i wont believe it.
awesome thanks joe. really appreciate the feedback. yeah i think my current mist sponge is shot so i may just end up pulling up what i can and moving from there.
its all going to depend upon heat and the specific fabric it self, along with how its webbed thru the machine. i print dir-dyesub and it varies greatly from fabric to fabric, machine to machine. compensation of stretch is in our caldera rip settings for media's so most of the time it involves...
