We went ahead with the Oce 460gt with r2r option purchase from 360 Digital Solutions in San Diego
Getting installed today!
Print quality was much higher than HP.
The Oce seems to be more reliable and better techs than all the other machines.
I've been using them on windy days. I just put grommets in the corner or a brick in the center where the coroplast overlaps.
I want happy customers, if they damage the sign we replace it for free. It's a pain in the *** but people love it.
I wanted to share this on signs101.com because of all the help everyone has give me here over the years.
It's a simple A-Frame design that can be cut out of 1/2 a sheet of coroplast. My customers have been loving them and I'm just happy we don't have to order so many of those heavy signicade...

Stay away from the HP machines, they are terrible and almost impossible to get support for.
The Rolands may lack features but are rock solid and the support is unmatched.
Just my 2 cents, from a guy that owns Roland and HP machines :)
I just started making video's for my company. I got a basic tripod and editing software and then went on fiverr and paid a voice over guy to make it sound pro.

I work at a sign company and one of the things I think 99% of sign companies miss out there is spending the right amount of money on marketing.
To put it simple lets say you get 1000 visitors every month to your site?
Lets say you don't measure phone calls but because of minor spelling...
Thanks for the info MikeD, I'll research how to turn this into a droplet.
This action is made for photoshop, I'm sure it could be tweaked for illustrator.
I have to create step and repeat banners every day for work. Laying different logo's in the same position each time would take me 5-10 minutes.
I spent some time learning adobe actions and have made a downloadable action that makes the process easy and take under 30 seconds.

Hey I read that you have a 250 Oce - How do you like this machine? Pluses and minuses? How is maintenance, reliability, cleaning, and quality? I am going to buy a used one. Thanks for your help in advance!
Does anyone on here own one of these? Can you please PM or email me? I am interested in purchasing a used one and I have a few quality, maintenance and operations questions.
Thank You!
