The HP original contains 2 power and 2 data cable for 54“ and 60“ units. 2ET72-67020 is partnumber. Check again every part you have unmounted for damaged cables like the led array in top cover
Check the tiny tube to pressure sensor on upper iss pca. Sometimes it is slightly kinked. Seen frequently, but never caused your issue to my experience.
Upper iss pca malfunction. Check the blue cable from printmech pca if well connected. And check if the grounding cable doesn’t create a short on the pca. Otherwise your „new“ pca is damaged.
Head voltage applied will also be changed cause the effective voltage is based on ph parameter and an factor which is ink type related. In fact there might be a visible alignment error, which can be recalibrated.
Is power supplied to the motor after setting the finger guard?
If yes, maybe brushes are worn out (which is not common on these type) or the motor is really defective.
Only in corner cases you should exceed 200F. If not cured enough increase the time in curing chamber by increasing passes, or decrease ink amount in respect the desired saturation. Depending on cleanliness of your curing chambers the applied heat is less effective, …
So check linear encoder output in sds.
Also Check led state of both encoder sensors. Look in between table and grantry sides. One is visible from rear, the other one from front. It should be stable green. Orange or red reports a reading issue.
First of all when dispensing it must show a line of water covering the whole printhead width. If not there might be a kinked tube, pump or valve defective or the jet is dirty. With the new blue tubes the inline water filter has been removed.
Check also the leftmost spittoon. I’ve seen a huge...
I guess you are talking about roll housing right. this is quite easy. Remove the diverter roller by rotating the little handle downward. Unscrew the metal arm from blue lever. Remove right cover to access the screw holding the blue lever.
Unscrew the T25 screws which holds the roll housing and...
Switch off the unit, unplug air tube somewhere to release pressure and disconnect all supplys. Open the pump head and clean the membranes and plastic parts and reassemble everything. Maybe you should flip the membranes .
Don’t forget to reconnect the airtube…
If you have never used the internal coior spectrometer on your 365 and you are not in need of the ink collector for porous substrates, then you can go for the 630. Otherwise go for the 700.
Why you would like to replace? Need more productivity? White? Other reasons?
There are no ink pumps in 365.
Regarding the crashes: have you cleaned the vacuum holes in the print platen? On right hand side they get blocked often causing the substrate lifting up.
The oiler felts for both rods and oiler on right side of carriage are highly recommended to be replaced. Don’t forget to add oil into the oiler. Also the spit roller motor should be replaced. And if you have already removed the service station replace the carriage bottom since it might contain...
As Christian said, route it upside down. Also use a new bit! In addition reduce rpm significantly since this is melting the plastic layer, and not cutting. And use a cleaning pass of about 0,2mm.
I guess motor brushes are overused. 350 has two big brushes, which are more robust. But take em out and clean with sealed air and vacuum cleaner.
The carriage encoder you can check?visually, if you can see the status led on the read head. Open carriage and take a look in the opening at center of...
Ink level is based on drop counting and guessing. When setting a new bag check that the level shows full. And yes, a quick at the bags is way more precise.
