I can think of several options. Have you tried cut and paste from Excel to Flexi? Export from Excel as a TXT file Print to PDF and import the PDF into flexi. You will still have to play with the fonts and sizing once in to Flexi.

You shouldn't have any issues. Just be sure to name each of the printers and cutters so you know which is which.

No luck here. Diagnostics points to something causing a printhead to overheat. Trying to get a tech now to come out.

Had a head strike and now the machine is repeatedly asking me to reseat and/or replace printhead 8 Y/M. I have replaced with a brand new printhead as well as cleaned contacts with isopropyl. Still getting error, even after reboot. Does anyone have any ideas before I start taking things apart...

What equipment is part of the deal? How old is it? Is any of it leased? Has it been maintained and in good working order? Id personaly be wary of any machines more than 4-5 yrs old. If possible have a tech check out the machines and see where they stand.
