it might be a pain in the ass, but, modifying and adding a second middle pinch roller might be a big help with this. this might not be a do it yourself mod, you might need a tech & of course the roller and arm, etc.

it used to make sense to say, find a tv or stereo repair shop & ask them to do some testing , of the board, looking for an open or a short on the board (we used to do lots of that type of testing for people, YEARS AGO.) but these days it's like asking if there is a blacksmith's shop in your town.
