Sounds like a bad head, replaced everything around it and no luck. I think those are DX4 heads, so at least they're relatively cheap.

The fiber link cable can go bad, but you get some very specific codes when that happens, the slider board mostly uses the fiber link and power and some signal wire (sort of like Cat 5 ethernet wire, not many conductors) as opposed to a big flat flex cable. As weird as it sounds, check your encoder strip, could be a bit of lint, fuzz, ink or something. Seen it a few times and anywhere past the contamination will start printing all broken and fuzzy.

Pullback prints on the UCJV300/330 are great sellers, lets us do clear material with art on both sides and color in middle. Don't think the UJV100 can do that.

Yes, the yellow tint is normal. It will get darker over time (uncured) depending on how the ink is stored or how far out of date it is.

The UJV100 is a printer that was just skipped. If they had a UJV330, that would be a great option for those of us who didn't want another slow AF vinyl cutter and the expense thereof. However, I wouldn't hold my breath too long.
