    Flexi is the best. I can open a file of 40 designs, open all, then process and send to print 36, 32" sheets of 56 pieces and send 8, 32" sheets to the holding menu in about 40 minutes, I do this while I'm sending yesterday's print jobs to the Graftecs for cutting then to be punched and shipped...

    Yes. Perfect everything. I set up the cutter with the pressures for each cut and use flexi to select just the style of cut (kiss, straight, perf)

    The Roland would be my choice. I have two Roland XR-640 which are work horses and just got the new VG3-540 last week and it is performing Great. You'll be very happy.

    You can also make it a two cut job. 1st cut, Kiss cut then cut over that with your regular cut. Only adds a few extra minutes to the job but way less wear on your blades.

    Check and clean the ribbon cables and make sure they are seated all the way in. Do this while the machine is unplugged.

    Yes you can cut Banner Material on the Graftec 8600 and 9000. Back the pressure off by 5 from vinyl cutting and keep speed at about 30. Cut in the channel not on the strip.

    It will scan at the speed of the cutting speed selected (25, 35, 50 ect).

    Try a lower tack transfer tape.

    Switch the sequence of the cuts. IF your graphics have a Blue cut line and your box around the graphics have a Red cut line, toggle the sequence to cut the Blue first.
