I have heard the HP Latex R1000 works well for thermoforming. Maybe find someone that has one of those. That being said, I don't think I've seen a wholesaler yet that has one of those machines. Not really a wholesaler preferred machine.

Don’t have an R1000 but the concept could be similar as our Seikos. They have an eye that reads the material after loading. If it reflects back like chrome could do it might not even be recognizing the material is even there. Try loading it with a white leader taped to the chrome. I don’t think...

Ahh now I see. So this is just to tape it shut. That's tough. So i just went and played with the two types of tape we have. We have 3M 2" packing tape and it kinda sticks to UV ink on cardboard. We also 3" packing tape from Veritiv called Tufflex. I'd say it sticks way better than the 3M...

Shrink the whole file and save as an .eps like you would do at full size and see what happens. That way you know if its a file size issue or something in the file. Could be a font or picture or a thousand little vector lines in there that it's having trouble processing.

Maybe post a picture of what you're trying to do. I setup files like this all the time since everything I do is on a flatbed and designed to be printed on sheets and not a roll. Also, Onyx's "Allow Rotate" only works if your resolution is the same both ways "600x600" "720x720" etc. My flatbed...

Is it the router bit pulling up on the sticker while you're routing? If so, you could use a downcut bit or route with the adhesive face down if you're using an upcut bit so as it routes it pulls up against the material.

It could also be the encoder strip. We've had that cause that issue when there is no apparent "jam."

If this is 3mm PVC try the Z46 blade and slow down to about 10-12 ips. Going too fast on pvc will cause that jagged edge.

That looks like a digital magnified loop photo. I agree the dots are a little odd but what does it look like without the loop. I wouldn't consider the Colorado a super high quality machine like an Epson. It's much more designed for speed and production.

I have had this issue as well.

Print on black ink or matte black material. It should show up because of the different sheen.

If your spot color is in top make sure you check over print fill in the attributes panel. Otherwise it will remove anything behind your spot color.
