Yah I'm thinking you're going to need a few heads. At least you have Gen 4 which means you're only replacing the colors you need and they're only about $1,000. On the Gen 5 you usually only need to replace one head but they're joined together and they're $2,000 if you buy them through...
You're not going to be able to get rid of banding with those nozzle tests. Black is bad. That row of yellow nozzles that is out is definitely killing the gray tones. Also, it looks like your left and right are off.
Make sure you have nozzle replacement on. I have the Gen 4 heads on a 1224 HDC...
I think it also has something to do with UPS My Choice. You can find it you just have to click on the dumb tracking number to go through 3 pages instead of going right to it like it did before when you got an email notification.
It's called shipping progress now.
Traditionally called track sign
+1 for Siffron. https://siffron.com/6-track-sign-channel (This isn't exact but might work)

Thanks for the responses. I've downloaded packlib but it's not letting me create a user. I have an email out to them.
I like the template maker. I might use that for some future projects but it doesn't have a simple shipping box which is what I'm after.
I am looking for software to make simple shipping boxes. I have a Zund and regularly cut and crease custom boxes created by hand in illustrator. I'm trying to simplify the process with software that you input box dimensions and it generates a cut/crease file, whether its pdf or a cad file...
It looks like this is laminated. If so, the adhesive can cause the chips to stick and leave the appearance your showing. Is it possible to route from the back side? We have a flip/cut feature on our Zund that helps with laminated products.
Is this on the computer with the USB Key installed? One of my rips always has this same issue if the host computer (The one with the USB Key) shuts down and restarts. I have to reboot onyx on the client computer (The one without the USB Key) for it to return to normal. Otherwise it's a host of...
I'm running two computer with Onyx 19 on Windows 7 so I don't think it's that. Maybe try using something like REVO uninstaller on ONYX for a clean uninstall and then Reinstall.
Do you have the 1 kw router? If so, I haven't found a solution either because it has to have the stop ring to hold it in place in the ARC changer. If you have the 3.6kw router you can use anybody's bit as long as it has the right shank diameter for your collet.
Here is what we use in the whole shop. We have 6 sets of these.

Everyone's speed is a little different, so each person has their settings just a little different. I would try messing with the acceleration/ Enhance pointer precision...
I would consider these premium pole banner brackets. And they have all the research and wind strength research to back it all. We have a hard time selling them due to the cost but after a city has paid for economy brackets they're usually willing to pay a little more for these...
Is the spot color showing up in the rip? In Onyx, we have it set to a light blue at 50% opacity so you know it's working.
Also, we have to have overprint fill on to make sure it doesn't omit anything underneath your spot color.
Good Luck!
