Please, check calibration in FlexiSign. In quickset properties (or default properties) enable checkbox to apply calibration for all jobs, print test 1x1 square, measure it by ruler and input real size to calibration window. After that all jobs will be applied with size correction

You should proceed "head wash" procedure before start print anything. Read user manual-maintaince procedure first. You can try remove air and recover printheads by disconnet waste tube from cappa and suck ink by syrenge slowly instead pump.

For this model i recommend to use InkTek (South Korea) ink, printheads work already 5 years without missing nozzles.

It's looks like cyan printhead misaligned. Check horisontal and vertical alignment by test.
