Did the tech not do a test or run a small print before he left? Can you show your nozzle check?
I'm assuming you've also done a manual head alignment and feed adjustment on your media.
I'm a one person shop. I upgraded to a S40600 from a Roland SP-540V. I've had my S40 for almost 4yrs now. Maintenance has been minimal, no service calls or replaced parts yet other than normal maintenance. Speed is good for for myself right now, faster is always better if you need it. It was...
This is happening to me on my S40600. I can print 10ft and then all of a sudden I get banding and have to do a clean. Nozzle check was all good when I started this morning. I immeditly was thinking it's the caps that needed to be replaced. Looks like I may have to put in a service call to Epson...
That's really cheap. And that's the same thickness as the ones I linked to and much cheaper.
Let me see what other responses I get, and I might take you up on that sample roll.
I'm still looking for alternative to Briteline Holographic vinyl. Can't really seem to get anywhere. I'm looking for something a bit thinner so I can laminate it without it be 9-10mils thick.
Has anyone used any of these products before...
Yeah they definitely need to do in better light conditions than where she was, lots of grain in that one.
I'd say they also need to make sure they are taking them at the biggest resolution they can on their phone if that's the only option. Some phones you can select different resolutions...
I was processing and file and changed the sheet size as it was ripping and now it's stuck in a "Not Responding" state. I've deleted the files from the Work folder, restarted and it's still hung up and the file is still showing but I cannot do anything. Now work has come to a halt. This is not...
Same goes for what ikarasu said. Once I got it going and found the right parameters 99% of the time it works great. Every now and again I have a hiccup, but it's nice when you get it to work and don't have to tend to the machine constantly and can just let it run.
You might want to check on any firmware updates for the cutter and also any updates that have been released for Onyx.
It should read it and fail on finding the data at least, doesn't even seem like it's detecting the mark at all.
I assume your putting the start just under the black box before you start it. It should find it and start to look for the sever for the related cut files after the starts the scan.
Are you using some kind of special material?
I've got a customer looking for stickers holographic material. I can't print white so I'm limited in what I can do with that material.
Looking for someone that can handle 1K - 10K run of die cut stickers on this material that I can get wholesale.
Thanks
It for their business, so I'd prefer something appropriate for that, otherwise I'd just print it on calendared and cut it.
I check out signs though! Thanks!
I've never done a decal. I've got a 2 color piece, white and green, and about 14" x 14" in size. Customer wants it to go on the back window of their car.
Is this something I should print or would it be easier to have it done in colored vinyl?
I've never done just straight cut vinyl without...
How small are you going? You're bound to get some slight variation, just the smaller the border the easier it is to see the variation in it. On small stuff I do 1.5" I don't do less than a 1/16" border, on larger stuff I try and get customers to go with 1/8" if possible but still no less than...
Thanks! I'll have to check on it but I think 50/50 will should be ok. I see commercial vans with it on them quite often, but I'll dig in to look for specifics on this law.
I found this is in the window tint law, I'm assuming it goes for any kind of application on a rear window, including perf...
