I was cutting a few sheets today and it's not using the barcode to read the sheet I set it over the start positon then send the cut data via onyx cut server. However I noticed on every sheet the far column would only do a half cut on every sticker in that column. I don't know why, the cut files...

What are you laminating this with? Thickness? And are you just doing kiss cuts or are you cutting through material and backer on these?

Welcome! Lots of great people and info here. I started with an Epson S40600 a couple of years ago and I absolutely love it! I've had zero issues since my install, machines are rock solid.

Seems like it's the same as Britelines holo material. Both are 6mil in 30" rolls. I'd try the yellow filter over your sensor, that seems to help. I think I had my sensor set to around 30 for reading that material on my Summa.

I can't recall this happening before and I've been using the same cable. Only thing I could think of doing is a reset of the cutter possibly. Other than that it must be something with communication and not the files themselves.

I'm running my Epson 40600, Graphtec and Summa cutter off my laptop. I could use a bit more power for handling larger files but it's served me well for the last couple years. My Lenovo P50 with an Intel Core I7-6700HQ (2.6GHZ) and 16GB Ram.
