yes - as long as they are sponge - clean really good around the edges and the LIGHTLY sponge over the head -- it is best to check the head with a light - BEFORE doing anything!
sometimes there is vinyl fragments and lint on the head - CHECK HEAD FIRST!
go into all all paths and layers and check if a cut line is hidden
this happens a lot!
if using illustrator
use a .25 cut line - (i use color cymk green as a spot) color name CutContour and make sure on a separate layer the layer also CutContour
in my experience - YES - sub contracting - free-lance is very doable
that said - when i did it i wanted the whole job after designed and approved! - i would print-cut and install!
