Like was said a frame works best. But we have used the same screws that they mount the panels with. Like Moze said the existing screws that are in the way can be removed and then the screws thru the panel will replace them. Or you can put a spacer, we use scrap pvc

Here's a new for me. Client wants 100 pcs 24"x24" white coro with white Diamond Grade reflective on one side. It has a 20"x20" transparent red square screened in the middle and one small line of red text in one border. Anyone have a supplier for something like this? Thanks

Why is the interior not an option? We have used cheap foam tape to do similar jobs but it doesn't hold up forever and we never did the initial installation in the cold.

We use ACM and use some double side foam tape to hold in place while we screw down with heavy duty roofing screws, the ones that have rubber grommets

I only use RapidTac 2 if I absolutley have to use app fluid, especially on glass and even more so in chilly weather. We apply these dry using the hinge method as shown above.

The only way I know is to hang them on a cradle fastened to the parapet or roof. Very expensive. The few holes made by studs can easily be touched up when the letters are removed I'd pass
