Does anyone have experience making a sign to withstand high temps? I have a customer looking for one that will be exposed up to 600F. I was thinking solid aluminum sign with Sherwin Williams high temp paint.

Seems like the relevancy of Pantone has dwindled over the years. Most logos we get anymore do not have Pantone numbers. Even some brand guides will spec RGB or Hex values.

We put a cast laminate on all prints. We have had prints out for several years and have not noticed any fading or issues.

I don't know how much you have to bend it, but bending HDU is very risky. I would be concerned it would snap. I think you need to use a wood substrate and do kerf cuts like Z suggested.
