Your tagline says CorelDraw....so I am assuming that is what you are used to using. CD handles embedded images much better than Illustrator. Illustrator gets brought to it's knees pretty quick with embedded images.

With no access behind the wall, a backer panel is your best bet. In the future, this should be verified before you commit to a project.

Call the guy up and be straight with him. Tell him how much a negative review hurts, and that you’ve done everything to make it right. If he won’t change the rating, then respond politely to the review.

That's going to be a custom built display, and will be expensive. You can try Moss or Orbus. My experience with longer fabric prints is printers don't like to go over 30ft. Too much risk of mess up.

Signcomp is out of 2107 and 2112 for a long time, and 2105 is at best 6-7 weeks out. Is there any other flex frame retro extrusions out there? How are people building flex face cabinets now?
