I'd use air release frosted w/ pre mask and dry install too. if it's non air release, do it wet with, use paper pre-mask, let it set up for a bit, then wet the pre-mask good with soapy water, it softens up the adhesive and comes off super easy. There's all kinds of methods that different people...

Yes, add bleed like Signstein said to make it simple. I usually run bleed all the way around all panels. Always better to have more than you need than not enough. All my tables are on wheels for stuff like this. When you get one board laid, you butt the other against it with the boards aligned...

Several things can cause that, but it looks like the head is drying out (air getting at it). If it improves after a couple heavy cleaning cycles or use it's most likely cap top not sealing properly allowing air to get at the heads. Either bad, or not adjusted to seal the head when it's parked...
