We do a lot of boat registration numbers that by law have to be of a legible font AND 3" letter height. If you type it out and use the text size input box in corel and type 3" and hit enter. that doesn't make a 3" letter height. You have to look at the physical dimension.

Yep, pretty much how we roll but no cloud. Just drop prints right into the Flexi "Hot Folder" and our Print Tech handles it from there. Never a problem with outlines & pdf

You're exporting and then using Flexi to print? I hope you mean exporting directly to Flexi Production Manager for print. No need to open in Flexi and send to print.
