I purchased a service plan for my colorado 1650, while not cheap it gives me peace of mind knowing my printer will be fixed asap with no surprise costs. I was on the fence of about getting a service plan but glad I did. So far 3 minor problems that were fixed same day.

Put the cutfile on USB drive if you have FC9000 or send it through cutting master if older Graphtec models. Very easy to do once you get the hang of it
Versaworks doesn't need to know anything about cutting, you just print the file that contains the registration marks already created with...
My main credit card seems to get fraudulent charges on it once per year but it's a very easy fix with capital one, couple of clicks online and a new card arrives in a couple days.

In Houston we get times of HEAVY pollen, cars all covered in yellow pollen, everything covered in yellow. pollen seems to have ended a few weeks ago just in time for mosquito season
I checked update history and last one was a few days ago. Glad I had the windows image backup though, about to go and create images of all the print/cutting computers
Got it fixed after wasting a few hours.
Took out the PCI cards disconnected/reconnected everything and windows restore from an image backup I made a few months ago and working now. Think it was a bad connection somewhere and I made it worse by installing/reinstalling drivers a few times
WinCNC for Colex is popping up this error while starting up. Nothing on the computer changed has been working with no issues over a year. No recent windows updates
Any ideas how to resolve, tried running the driver installer and it seems install the drivers but message still there

Well the issue is the files we get are rarely clean enough and there are so many variables to the problems that only an AI model that has been trained with large sets of before/after sticker files might have a chance
