recently i have had to hand swipe to get rid of these bubbles, i use a manual cold laminator, maybe its time for a new one? any recommendations on something affordable? not $1000 lol

just got a VS540 and need a ICC for CMYKcm green is printing very dark using flexi 19

ok so i just had my magenta/yellow head replaced, new cap tops, as well as all 4 dampers. now any color with red or yellow is coming out super light, but blacks and blues are not effected. also kinda grainy on the new print head colors. nozzel test is fine as well. using Flexisign. cleaned...

is there a maintenance protocol for these two equipment? like greasing any parts or tightening of things havnt found any videos or pdfs about that

when i send a job from flexi to CE6000 it seems to be 0.100 bigger on both sides tall and wide. So if i want a 6x3 sticker i have to make it 5.900x2.900 i cant find anything that is off in the program and dont know where to look

so no matter how far to the left position i set the print in flexi when i send it to rip and print its way to the right side of the material.

Printed on some silver glitter oil slick and it reads the reg marks then when it goes to cut its off by half to the left. only when using this material. please help!
