    Download InterCon Nettool to first read what the IP address of the printer is. Note, you require a crossover ethernet cable to run a SP540v. The 540 doesn't actively show the IP address in the printer menu.

    Need to calibrate regularly, either changing rolls, changing width or types of media...The tech would have only calibrated it for the media that was in the printer when they were setting the calibration.

    Your pump lines also look to be blocked or your pumps has failed.

    Presuming your captops are in good condition, run a couple of cleaning cycles, then try another test print. If no print, you will need to check the two fuses for the heads, on the main board.

    All consumable parts are available for those printers. Discontinued indicates they don't make it as a model now.

    Recheck your encoder strip and make sure the clamp and spring are not bottoming out. They sometimes look tight but are not fully floating between ends.

    Thats them.. pull them out and check both with a multimeter.

    Those are not the printhead fuses. Those are your power supply fuses. Think the 300i only has one fuse in the middle of the mainboard for the printhead. Small white rectangular one. Cant find any clear images of the 300i mainboard.
