I haven't worked on one of these machines but it has the DX4 heads so I would say either cracked/split print head manifolds or dampers. If definitely not one of those issues it could be pumps or splits or leaks in joins in pipes back to the cartridges. Also make sure the printer is leveled out. SC

The actual encoder disc may be misshapen/buckled which may be letting the sensor touch the disc. Rotate whilst looking at the disc sensor gap. Also there is a spacer that goes in between the shaft and the assembly which centres the assembly, this was a later amendment and could be the problem...

Hi None of the posts are removable, their is 30 off directional signs with at least 3 directional arms that are removable. Also their is 8 free standing lockable information boards which are 4' x 4' in size with two posts. SC
