We buy a brand new printer every 3 years. This printer was turning out beautiful jobs right up to the day our new printer was installed last week.
This printer has been meticulously cared for and looks brand new! You won't find a nicer used Valuejet anywhere.
The maintenance station was...
We have several plotters, and i was setting this up as a backup machine, and cant get it to plot. I have flexi 8 installed on my windows vista machine, and i am using a usb to parallel converter cable. I have used this machine with the same setup before and had no problems. Now in production...
We have done just a handful of routed wood signs. Sign is two 2'x12' boards routed and painted.
What do you think would be the best wood to use?
Pressure treated? Cedar? Something else?
I'm worried about warping later. I know PT sometimes has a tendency of doing this.
Thanks for the help!
What materials are you using? We Lam with 290G optically clear. Never had any visibility complaints, and it definitely out preforms liquid lam in covering the holes to protect from dust and rain.

Hi all! We have a local client who needs room numbers routed. We have a local CNC shop that will do the work but we are having a hard time finding the material in the right color the client is asking for.
All we have to go by are colors that start with (S). Ex. 'Tanglewood S22', Khaki S16, etc.
Shirt may be a little much. Willing to have a small decal on my badge, but not looking to appear as if i work at signs 101 :) despite how cool that may be.
Stretch the Visual a tad wider, or change your kerning a little just something to get the v and the n from mashing up... Getting close but needs minor tweaking
Thanks for the compliments! It is 3951 NON RA with 290 Lam
We edge sealed everything with 3m paint protection film along the top, and used the boot stripe as a sealing edge along the lower part.
We have pics during the install if anyone wanted to see.
It's DONE!
Well, We made some changes and went with the over all theme that we had been shooting for. Thanks for the direction about the design. Its so hard to design for yourself
Heres a finished shot (sorry the colors in the photo don't POP like in person... Time for a new camera...)
