Jill your conceps are awesome as usual, but a redfish is not just a fish red in color. It has the dot on the tail and other distinct features. I would say this could be an image that a vector could be made from, but would agree to not use a photo in the logo.

i know this isnt the best solution, but if you are using wasatch or any rip where you can do a double pass print, you can get great vibrant colors, the only issue is you are oversaturating the vinyl.

i make the file in flexi and add 2 cut lines 1 for the cut 1 for the punch. just draw a box around everything so it has the same boundries. Save it as an eps with the box and the cut. then make another eps with just the box and the punch....

when i make the file i just generate 2 files. 1 with the outter contour and one with the inner contour. Just draw a blank box aroud the file so the boundries of both files are the same and there you go 1 cut and 1 perf cut. I usually unload the media weed it and just leave the reg marks on then...

i thought about that too, however i have printed with the head hight up and down, (only 2 settings on this machine) and it makes no difference, it is not striking the vinyl, i think it is misdirected nozzles, however i am unable to clear them...... any tips?
