e066 ymotor ok i Cleaned the encoder strip and then went to do a cut off with themachine to start a fresh pass, and it did the first cut then all the lights cam on and i got a e066 Ymotor error and it didnt finish cutting...

We have a mutoh falcon outdoor and this morning after setting the machinge to print overnight we came in and the machine had e074err Y Current displayed and all the lights were blinking. We powered down the machine re started it and got plot ok. Now when i send a job within about 10 to 12...

this is all great information, however i still cant print anything at 1440 without the printer freezing up 3 or 4 passes into the file

maybe... i have 3gb of ram and a seperate HD just for a scratc disk, and i have never had any issues sending vehicle wrap files that exceed 1gb in size...

the file is 600dpi at actual size so i think the detail is there, i just need to get it to print 1440. i have gotten it to make a few passes and the clarity of the tiny text is greatly improved, i just cant get it to do more than about 5 passes

ok i thought we were running 100% and i printed 4 4'x8' signs no problems at all. I sent a job today and THE LINES ARE BACK!! any other suggestions

not getting any error messages it just stops printing and noting happens

i also have gloss paper, maybe ill print on that. However when i send a print at 1440x1440 it generates the job file, rips the image then says printing, the printer will make like 1 or to passes then stop, and not continue..... Mutoh falcon outdoor... flexi 7.6v2 sp2

i need a 1440x1440 profile for my falcon outdoor. I am trying to print a large ciy map, and i need all the detail i can get for the street names. Its orical 3651 vinyl thanks

If an ink fill is fixing your problem, then you must have a small vaccum leak somewhere. Check you o rings where the metal lines meet the plastic tubes by removing the large lid cover thats on top of the machine. Also this will allow you to visually inspect the lines for air bubbles ect.

looks like new store policy is going to be no back mounted posters unless they are laminated!

i did the finger glide test, and everything seemed fine. I even drug my finger across an area of the print i knew would be covered by the frame with enough pressure to move the vinyl on the liner.

We printed these images yesterday at around 10:30 and then mounted them in this poster picture frame around 4. it looked like the image was sticking to the plastic lining in the poster frame so i thought i would remove it to laminate it. this is what happened...... How long does it...

problem resolved!! we were picking up electrical noise/wireless feedback in our network cable (rj-45 cord UTP) If you run the printer over a network cord get STP cables UTP = unshielded twisted pair STP = shielded twisted pair you CAN'T buy stp cables at your local office max or walmart...
