if you are using flexi in the driver options setting, there is something called microdot. if this is checked you WILL get these lines.

make sure that the microdot setting is turned off if you are using flexi as your rip, i had this issue as well, and that fixed it for me.

I just went to a wrap seminar in Orlando. They said if you dont let it gas off completly the ink can in some cases go the other direction through the vinyl. They have actually seen cases where this has happened and the ink left a permanent 'tatoo' in the paintjob when the wrap was removed!

Where can you get some of those take-up roll flange ends? Thats a great idea to use them. Does GEI sell them?

We had similer problems, You need to run the output size compensation from production manager. It will sinc up the 2 machines. We printed a 4'x4' line and after entering the actual values everything works like a charm
