Did you replace with original fuse or you bridgged it? also it what happened to me was i had to reseat the cables to the head because i blowed like 3 fuses before i realised that. Reseat 3 cables on the MB and 2 on print head and try again

you have done one of 2 things my friend, you have either blown the head fuse or damaged the head, but more than likey its the head fuse beacuse the machine is printing. Check and replace the head fuse.

Hi i recently developed a problem on my mutoh vj-1204. When i power up the machine it Boots, reads inks, read media then readys to print, now the problem im having is when i send a print the light comes on the release arm clips and then the machine freezes. with all the lights on and the display...

So i clean the T fence and the encoder, reseated the cables on the main board and CR board, Powered up and it came alive :) Thanks.

We had a same issue and replaced the fuse and it worked, the fuse located behind the heat sync its b itself

I Recently replaced my print head for my VJ-1204 along with new head cables About a week now. It was working great, printing perfect, until this morning when i tried to print something and the Magenta & Yellow kept coming off where it supposed to go on the artwork. Any ideas whats going on here...

we replaced the mainoard, powerboard, heater controller and relay board plus capping station. same thing is happening

You mean replace the Heater junction board? of the cable from the board?

New Fence We bought a new fence and sensor and capping station, solved the issue, but now we are getting E076 Err Pre heat after the machine boots for about a minute, we changed the power supply, mainboard, heater controll and heater relay board with no luck. Any Ideas?

When you say encoder disk im taking it that you mean the T-fence?

Hi all I'm on my last here, so let me explain what happened my 1204 started to give me commu error so I replace the heater control board and relay board then my 1204 came alive I did a few test prints made sure everything was okay then sent a job thru, about 5 mins into the job the machine...
