We are printing onto Class 2 reflective vinyl.
The problem is when we try to cut it the plotter won't read the barcode.
We have tried covering the barcode with matte laminate and covering the plotter to reduce any direct light reflecting off the stock.
Sadly neither of these options work.

I work in very close p[roximity to a couple of printers an HP 365 and a Roland XR.
These can be going for hours a day and I've noticed that my ears will be ringing at the end of the day.

I print Labels at the end of each job using the Label & Marks Tab in Production Manager.
The problem is that when we use the Cut Contour function it ignores the Print Job Label and prints with no identification.

My question is when using a down cutter how do I get the swarf to adhere to the part of the cut I am iscarding.
E.g. if I am cutting on the outside of an A I want the swarf to cling to the centre of the A and to the outside piece I am going to discard.
