Anyone see a test print similar to my left cyan channel. Looks almost smeared somehow. I've watched the head move over to perform the test print and nothing unusual happens. No lint or dust. The 1st test print comes out almost normal...not quite, but every cleaning and test print after..it...

It's not an Angry bird or Feast of Flesh font and Whatthefont comes up with nothing. Any help would be much appreciated :)

Looking at other threads on this topic it appears this was probably printed on a thermal printer? Can this be achieved using a solvent printer? To some how get that matte black look and still reflect white at night. I've tried printing with 70% black and topped it off with a matte lam and the...

I have a local game store customer wanting me to print some custom game mats. The generic ones he has in stock look to be printed on a luster banner material, but lays perfectly flat and very smooth. Anyone printed up anything like this? What material did you use? TY

My CJV30 just quit pulling ink thru my last black cartridge due to being expired and stupid me :banghead: does not have another cartridge. Is it possible to switch a chip of an empty unexpired cart and put it on my black cart? Anyone try this? My main issue, bsides getting behind on my print...

Are there any MM who print coffee travel mugs/tumblers? Two of my coffee stands have inquired about travel mugs to sell and I hate to turn away business :smile:.

I'm been mainly using 3m IJ35 for alot of my short/medium term outdoor signage and have also used it for a few coffee shop menu boards. However the shrinkage with this vinyl is pretty bad only after year of being printed. Short of using cast for these outdoor menu boards, what calendared vinyl...

Anyone have a or know where I can find a writeup or video of a print head swap? I suppose one involving a JV33 would work also. I can't afford a couple grand right now for a tech to fly out, which sucks. So it's time to dive in this next week and get it done.

I have a couple customers who want to replace some broken A-boards. The A-boards have an acrylic square mounted on them to write on and they don't look like they hold up well to the weather very well. Has any one used the dry erase laminate on an A-Board? and does the waterproof dry erase pens...

I love my big squeegee, use it daily. However, if you ever feel the temptation to go cheap and buy Briteline's shield laminate. Don't use the BS. the thin paper backing will not push out ahead of the BS. Another lesson learned:banghead:
