actually no. have done some Retractable Banner which is not required to hem the edges. any recommended material brand to print?

Hi, I've tried to put a vinyl on rubber coated laptop (IBM) lid and i found that it doesn't stick well on that surface. It can be easily removed/peeled off by using my fingernail. Any ideas to make it more sticky on this kind of substrate? thanks!
