We had a client that we did a ton of call centers for. Same basic thing. Didn't care about damage, but wanted to make sure it stayed put! The installer requested Arlon DPF 8000. A little unforgiving on the installer, but once it is up, it is not coming down without the drywall!!!!!

Late to the game....as usual... HP recommended that I move the temp. offset to 9 when I was having some issues. Also, as others noted, increase pass and lower the temp.

I've had this problem a few times myself on my L26500. If the take-up reel in enabaled but not in use, it will cause a "jam". Just make sure the take-up is disabled in the substrate menu. At least that was the cause in my situation. Hope it helps.

It seems to be at least some on every roll. It has been very frustrating. HP wants to blame the substrate. My vendors say it has to be HP since it has happened on Key and Ultraflexx. This buck is getting really crumpled from all the passing!

Snydo, Would it cause the problem but then clear up and come back. Also, I get the same issue in the exact same location on two seperate machines. I have an HP tech coming out to check my printers ust to be on the safe side, but I just really have no idea what could be causing this issue...
