Crashing I think I figured out how to transfer but Versaworks keeps crashing when I open media explorer. Win 10 up to date as well as versaworks. Any Ideas?

Thanks SP 540i is what I am running. Do you run it seperately? One for computer, one for printer. Or use the same one for both?

We have had a few power outage issues here the last few weeks. Almost finished a job then it went out. Has anyone ran a battery backup for a printer before? What size would it take if possible or why not?

No Problem We have left our SP 540i for almost 4 weeks with just the sub power on and auto cleanings. I cleaned it before we left. Came back and went right to work no problem.

Update I installed the software onto my Surface Pro 4 everything went fine. took 10min and was sending a test cut. So I updated firmware from it. But I can't use it for everything. The desktop is on Windows 7 surface Win10. Any windows techs have any ideas? Have about 8hrs in it now.

Any ideas what might be causing these striped reg marks above the normal marks. It actually has to rewind it a little to put them there. They are also the same height above the lower marks which causes them to be on the print. When you put it back in to be cut it reads them just fine. Thanks
