The printer does not stop, because the chip is telling him to do so. It stops when the senzor is triggered by the cartridge. You may have bought a bad batch. Just nip off the end of the trigger and you'll be fine

If you're lucky it's the data cable. You could change it with a new one, and see if the problem stays or no. If it stays switch yellow head with magenta, see if the problem travels or stays on yellow. If it stays you're outa luck, main board needs change. Hope this helps

Get a tech guy This is one of those things that really needs a technician. It could be a short in the head, if this is the case you need to change it. It can be a short on the main board. The trick is to diagnose it correctly before changing half the printer. Good luck

try this it`s an electronic issue. change white cables form cyan head to another, if problem migrates to the other head, it`s the cable or the board. If the issue still remains on the cyan head, change it asap.
