Black head started acting up on me today in my Roland XC 540 Pro III. Replaced the cap top and didn’t seem to fix the issue does anyone believe it could be a new head?

When I try and do a feed calibration test on my Roland XC-540 the test is so fuzzy I can't even make out what to adjust it to. I have a cyan print head that prints fuzzy would that be leading to that problem.
