This seems like a silly question but I haven't been able to find the answer anywhere. How do you pause an HP Latex 360? We are having issues with the take-up reel and need to be able to pause the printer and correct the take-up reel before it jams, but there doesn't seem to be any option to...

Anyone ever seen this issue on an HP 360. For that matter it may be a Flexi problem (presently using the cloud verson). see the attached print. (this happens to be on perf). Seems to be happening randomly near the end of prints. This last one happened three time in a row on the same file.
