I have had problems with the bigsqueegee web site as well.

I'm not sure what to do about it. I got it working yesterday and it still works for me today. There is an alternitive site. www.handlaminator.com

I don't know of anyone in South Africa that is a distributor of the Big Squeegee. You can send an email to signsbydale@hotmail.com with a list of what you want. website is bigsqueegee.com for listed items. The sit has been closed to orders somewhat. It takes up to about 2 weeks for me to get an order out due to the closure being ignored. I hope to be able to open it back up soon. My health keeps getting in the way.
