Update!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not for faint of heart somewhat graphic pics...






I'm a dialysis Patient. Dialysis people have to have a fistula or graph to have a kidney dialysis treatment. I've had a fistula for twenty years and my last kidney transplant...

At the time I was doing dialysis here at home, my "tech" infiltrates my fistula putting me on and rather than go above that area she went below that area causing a large egg hemotoma....

Rule one in dialysis if you infiltrate you go above the site of the infiltration...

Below will be pictures of it the size of a base ball on my arm...

I was sitting at home, heck might have been here when I felt a sharp *** pain and fire..... Burning like nothing else....... Turns out this was a sudoanurisum.... It had ruptured.
I touched my arm and my little twiggy arm was like four times the size...... pain...agony man...


17 days in the hospital latter....

17 days in the hospital, wound vac and home nurses now.... Anything that can happen does...... So now I'm hoping for a transpalnt soon or I'll have to have a fistual put in the other arm, we are using chest ports right now but its not a great way to do things, Got out of the hospital and Mc'ed the benefit concert.

Over did things that night but back cool now, ready to kick butt and take names... But I have to say that arm hurt!




Don't think I'll share the rest of the pics, you get the picture...

It's Monday, nurse was here and did a dressing change on the arm then off to dialysis but hey every day the sun comes up is a great day!
