THAT GOT INK TO HEADS BUT STILL WONT PRINT ANYTHING AND I CLEANED THE HEADS PULLED INK THRU, STILL NOTHINGYou'll always get a better response during business hours.
For whatever reason your yellow channel has lost ink flow. You can just run a bunch of strong cleaning and it should come back but that wastes ink. Most people will just manually fill it with a syringe and the run a normal cleaning. If that doesn't bring it back, you probably need a new damper or two.

yes I did
just changed captops 2 days ago and dampers, no everything was printing good before this yellow problem. print heads could be clogged. I sucked ink thru the black and blue and then magenta and yellow and filled syrenge, still nothingSo you have nothing with your test print?
When was the last time you changed the captops?
Where the test prints getting spotty before this?
