did you laminated it??? that happen with contour cut the print without lamination. if you laminate it and contour cut inside the print.... without lamination need a white bleed. that sticker also look have some dirt on it.

what kind of cutter do you have? in my graphtec i set force to 15 with a new blade and set up more when it get used more 16 and up.. also check your cutting strip the bottom part where the blade cut on...see if still smooth or have scratches and need to replace

3m dinocfilm is good but expensive.. will cost your customer like buy a real carbon fiber hood.. pm me and i send you a pic of how it look

you could trace that picture... it will take you 10 min max to vectorize it..

that could happen when the blade getting old. try offset +1, +2 and see if correct the problem. do a cut test and see how off it is.. and change offset

I think for 8mm film need a 60 Degree blade. if you are using 45 degree will do that

just have enough space in the back so when the vinyl move doesn't lift or cover the sensor with a piece of vinyl. you are lucky to have a graphtec 7000 that could hit the botton to continue on graphtec 5000 once it lift you loose eveything and have to start over.

take out the glue and buy oracal double side tape the one for banner is very thing should work for you... on my 24 inches graphtec i use to order a 48 inche one and cut it in half since is way cheaper that buy a 24 inche

yes it suppose to more freely, if it doesn't turn freely you need a new blade holder...don't buy aftermarket blade holder they not good spend a little more and buy original graphtec.my blade holder died after 3 year of use. the blade holder is like $128 got a pic of how it cut?

what's about a graphtec 24 inche?

sup guys! I just ordered my second graphtec cutter. FC7000-75 and using flexisign 7.6. I was checking flexisign and it doesn't have the cutter option in it... Anybody know if the option 5000 work?? or any other one work with it... thank you

i'm using 7.6 and i could type a letter and the list font begin with that letter show to select or scroll down

the trick is when you cut leave a space for the other color. cut you grab the whole thing with application tape and sticker the other color one.. it is hard to explain this with word... but it work.. pm me and i could show you how to do it.. i do those all the time
