When we switched to Triangle on our JV33, we had the same thing happen to our black nozzles. Replaced the head, and the same thing happened again. Switched to OEM Black, kept Triangle CMY, and the nozzles returned.

Thank you for all of your replies. Vander, we knew we weren't buying OEM b/c the head we were replacing wasn't OEM. We ordered a new memory board which arrived before we could try SightLine's suggestion. We installed the new board and that did the trick.

We are trying to replace the print head on our JV33. When we installed the new head, we get the following error/message on the display: HEAD:M1 IMAGE:128MB We've installed the print heads before, and this hasn't happened. Does anyone have any ideas?

My guess is old material or at some point, the material was exposed to extreme cold and the adhesive froze. You could try turning your heat down to 20 30 40+, but I doubt that'll help. Buckling is usually a heat issue, the vinyl separating from the backing is old material.

I second 2B's suggestion. Refresh your cache. We were confused when we tried deleting pics from our wordpress site but they still showed in firefox and chrome. Once we deleted the cache, the pics were gone.

We have found the 8 tooth Hardy Board blade works best. 96 tooth works ok, but any more teeth and it chews the material up. Use plenty of tape, and go slowly.

FedEx and UPS have been charging a $10.50 surcharge for any packages 48"+. You need to get the boxes to less than 48". Tough to do for 4' x 6'+ banners.
