Learn the shortcut keys in signlab..click on screen to stop a process. quicker digitising...but I do use Flexi for direct printing.. they both have their pros and cons, and actually work well together.

Have never had a problem with older versions of Signlab or Flexisign.. Had a dongle die on me once and had to purchase another..that hurt when the original program was over 4g and you had to purchase each module.

Also make sure the correct screws are in the plate above the dampers as if wrong ones fitted, it pushes the carriage out of alignment

Are you pushing the clamp hard onto the bar??? the head should not touch it.. try another clamp..
