Unless you are good with a multimeter and a soldering iron, remove the board and take it to an electrician to test and replace them..usually only one blows but knowing which one it is, if you dont know how to check them, is the problem..

Apply the prints and urethane the tabletops with a dozen coats, allowing a couple of minutes between coats to tack off.Will come up like glass and be durable.

Take the one you have there down to your local engineering shop or hardware store and grab a dozen..They are cheap as.. engineering shop will fit them for you if you cant get them on.
