Yellow channel is possibly blown or cables damaged. switch off machine and unplug. de-energise machine and wait 15mins.. swap the cables over.. Repower and do a test print. if yellow is there, cables require changing,if no yellow then head requires replacing and DX5 heads aren't cheap.

Steer clear of it..DX2 heads are way over priced and hard to get of.. Find yourself an sp-540v, vp-540 or equivalent for a first printer. Easier to maintain less hassle. Better service back up

Just had a look in Flexi..the Vinyl Express Q100 driver is in the set up. Do everything from Flexi..

Add the FC7000-100 in setup in production manager in Flexi, and test if the driver is compatible to the Q100. Could also test the CE5000 or the FC8600. If one of them works from Flexi, then in Work flow, you tell it to print from one and cut from the other

Are you setting the correct registration marks for the Q100 ??

It's a tricky one..Cover your bases and request a down payment of at least 2/3rds of the job to cover materials and labour. If he wants them done that badly, he will pay..get it in cash

Just get the company to supply the document, scan it and just place it where they request it in the layout. Its not your job to understand another language..Just print what they supply.

You look to have a blocked channel,or no ink getting to that channel.. Change damper and suck some ink through it or alternatively flush that head.

Which model are you after as they came out in rebranded names..or post a photo of the one you are after..Most only came out with maintenance and user manuals. Basically mutoh RJ4100 RJ6100 Jetstar and agfa..the later models were RH and RH2 series being mutoh toucans etc.. most are downloadable...
